Prologue, Pictures of You

Here begins Pictures of you, an epic story of the life-cycle of a close circle of friends, the good times and the bad. Inspired by real people and real events, enough has been changed to call this a fiction. It is both comedy and tragedy and deals with very real, very hard issues among the inimitable rush of finding the best friends in your life, and then watching them all slip away.

I love Twist's art. Like, seriously.

This project looks really interesting!

Love your art, Gibson, and I love the story. I can't wait to see what's beyond the first six pages!

Sir, I've got you addicted.
I didn't know you were planning on putting this up as a web comic. It would appear you've become an addict like me. Anyhow, good to see it up, and I, like alracD, can't wait to see page 7 and up.

Sir, you have indeed.
I could have sworn I had sent you guys the full prologue, I know I meant to. The prologue is 10 pages and then I think 15 for chapter 1, all of which is completed except for letters on chapter one (damned Illustrator). I had been toying with the idea of posting it here for a while, but was advised by several to try to get it published instead. A few days ago, though, I realized that the few dozen folks who will ever read this won't ruin the odds of it getting published, and if the reviews and comments are favourable, it might even help. Besides, I've been wanting some eyes to see this for a while, if only so I don't feel so silly with all the time I spend working on it.

Turns out we were mistaken. We have seen ten pages of it. But it was the older version. We must have been thinking of the first six pages of Eden.

color.
The new color thing is awesome, let me just say that first. But i dont think you should totally redo the comic for it. The power of your black and whites is something i have always loved, so maybe color as a special thing. I dont know, just my two cents cause really anything you do will look good.

I have been a fan for a long time and continue to be one but you know, I would probably be willing to pay a LOT of money for a copy of the first two books in the old black and white.

Amazing
I just stumbled upon your site (I love stumbleupon) and I was hooked on the artwork of the first few black and white pages. As I continued reading the story really grabbed me and I read through everything in a few hours. The amazing and ever changing artwork is definitely what draws me in but I'd be kidding myself if I said that I wasn't dying to find out the rest of the story. Keep up the great work!

@johnniebod: Thanks, I'll try my best! Cheers!

New artwork ?
This is my first time posting. I wanted to say that I love your comic and I can't wait to see the new developments in book 5 and how the rest of the story will connect to the prologue. I felt like going back through it since it had been quite some time since my first reading, and I noticed the artwork was updated (re-drawn). When did that happen ? I recall (I think) one comment in which you said that you went back through book 1 to fix some of the drawings. Was the prologue redone at the same time ? Anyways, keep up the great work, take care and thank you for this wonderful story !
