I can see the seeds of Patrick and Peter's eventual hate. Pat's my favorite character, but I find myself empathizing with Peter here. Pat's been a dick lately.

@Quadrant: I'm not sure what's creepy about glasses guy, but I'll tell you, weird guys are the only guys from whom you can get drugs. Double-blind research will prove me right.
I can't help but shake my head at people who just blast out there how they scored something and all their plans for it, like it's legal or something, lol. Sure, there are no secret trucker police there but even a little discretion might not be such a bad idea.
@reverendjack: Ah TOO true, I didn't even think about that... was it ever mentioned when this was taking place? 90s? Definitely pre-myspace... possibly even before the internet was really a huge thing?
@TacoTotes: i'm sure Gibson mentioned it somewhere before - but i think it takes place in the late-90's to very-early 00's.

Well, not that Kara's eyes didn't have me hypnotized as advertised (all unintentional) but I like where this is going... Definite drama detour ahead...
