The human wang may be a beautiful thing (and often is), but, for some reason, panels 1 and 3 remind me of different, though possibly complimentary, anatomy.

Is Andy flapping in the breeze or is he happy from the acid? If he's flapping in the breeze he could be chasing Peter just to give him crap. If he's happy from the acid, Peter's look of sheer terror is probably 100% GET IT AWAY FROM ME ITS HARD
