Okay, I won't torment anyone with the finer details of the real events that inspired this, but I'll give the highlights. It happened to me, though it was at the university newspaper where I was the Editor, and I didn't barricade myself inside anything, but I did run an article exposing some sort of student council budgetary fiasco, I forget now. The student council told me not to do it, I did it anyway and they fired my ass afterward. Ironically, I became a hero at the campus radio station for it...pinko hippies that they were. Ah, good times...

Don't forget to check out Our Time in Eden ( http://ourtimeineden.smackjeeves.com ), written by me and illustrated by Ben Steeves (Dangerface Studios).

Woah. Patrick used to look like that? I am floored. Did he pluck his eyebrows between now and then?

This is a GREAT page.

I don't know if it was done intentionally, but I really laughed at the last panel after he said he wasn't allowed near a mike and there's one a few feet away from him. I think it was supposed to be more of a wistfull longing but that was my first reaction.
Partick = hardcore :D

I have no idea why people are swooning over Patrick's hair. Am I the only one blown away by that facial hair he's rocking?
