If all this didn't come up while they were fighting, what were they screaming at each other for all that time?
New incentive for this week, and it's a treat for, well, those among you who, ahem, likes the ladies...I warn everyone, it is NOT SAFE FOR WORK! Anyone who doesn't want to see what you know this is going to be, DON'T SCROLL DOWN when you vote. I mean it, don't do it. You've been warned, so please don't complain if you scroll.
Hello again everyone.
Kotire here for the daily voters update.
webcomicz.com has been having some technical difficulties over the last few days, or my computer is not letting me access the voting or the list. However, I am going to assume that we are still within the top 5 on the list holding to the #4 spot. That is how awesome we are.
Over at TWC, we have slid down to #48, but it is very comforting to know that we are keeping it in the relative same spot as the weeks go on.
I would like to thank jd_singer for posting the standings yesterday. My laptop had to be brought in for repairs, and I am using my PC now, which just slower than cold molasses, on a cold Saint John morning next to the Bay of Fundy.
Also another big round for Mr. Twist. Today's comic is great, the incentive to vote is just stunning, and your question, "If all this didn't come up while they were fighting, what were they screaming at each other for all that time?" is a brain tickler and a half.
Huh what where?
Is there another Ruby here? Because I am so lost. Anyways I would like to point out that the Big Sad Eyes at the end of the panel is makeing me want to give her anything and everything she wants ever. Agh!
Woo! The hotness of the voting incentive kind of made me feel better after the sadness of the comic. I'm not blaming Christo here, I know why he wants to know, but this must feel shit for michelle having to retro-actively justify it in a way that won't hurt him.
(altho I would pass up on a nekkid peter/andy just for a shot of Alexander shirtless again :p)
It's now 4:20 in the morning.
I just stayed up the entire night reading this comic from the beginning, and I must say, it was well worth the sleep deprivation.
I really love your style, and the colors bring it to life wonderfully. A few times in my half-sleep state, my eyes faded a little and the panels looked entirely 3D. My only criticism: I've never heard of anyone being that coherent when they're so constantly high. XD
Third: she's just beautiful. And he's great, too. Awesome page.
Fourth: "what were they screaming at each other for all that time?" And then you'll complain <expression="innocent"> some of us overthink this comic</expression>. My take on it (yes, I must have one) is that what she said is not necessarily something easy to say, let alone when you see the other one ready to yell. Besides, that wasn't the main point of their fight ( http://picturesofyou.smackjeeves.com/comics/843877/3-ii-05-run-and-hide-1/ ). At some point when people in love fight, it can pretty much happen that nothing the other says even matters, it's just a yelling match. (And sometimes it happens that it dies down because someone has said just the right thing, but if that happens to you, consider yourself blessed.)
As for the incentive ... Yeah. Why hello. Wow.
(TGCG: what do you mean about Sam? I don't see his involvement in this part of the story, could you elaborate?)
Oh and Kotire, you've just been back and PoY's number 46 now on TWC! How do you do it?
Another quick update
Good morning everyone, just going to update from my earlier post. At webcomicz we are still holding tight to #4 as I had anticipated and, over at TWC, we have climbed to the highest that PoY has ever been, #45.
Current time, 1153 (AtlanticST)
Apologies for the broken image. It's been taken care of, at least temporarily, and I'll make sure it's fixed permanently later. Anyone who couldn't see the image when they voted should vote again. The vote won't count twice, but it will display the image. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
I just happened to find your comic a few days ago on TWC, and if it wasn't for having to work and sleep, I would have read it from the begining to this page in one sitting. I believe the vote I just cast put you at #40, your all time high apparently, according to Kotire. If it would let me vote enough to put you up to #1, I would gladly sit here and vote all night.
What you have going on here is just flat out amazing. This is by far the best webcomic I have ever had the pleasure to read. Its really hard to come up with words that do it justice.
I know I'm coming into this late, I know you have been around a while. In a way, I'm sad that I haven't found it before now, that this awesome webcomic has been floating around for so long, and I just now stumbled across it. Mostly though, I am glad that I have had so many pages to read over these past few days since I found you.
Amazing, amazing, amazing. Thats all I can say. You have earned yourself a new fan, my friend. I can't wait for the next page, and I'll be voting as often as TWC will let me.
